Through this website, we provide crash courses and Study Notes for various courses offered by IGNOU, aiding in preparation for IGNOU Term-End examinations. Please note that we do not provide hard copies or soft copies of notes. All notes and classes are accessible through subscription-based models, and the duration of access varies for each course and Study Notes.

2. Online Access

Products available for online reading and listening, including Study Notes, Solved Question papers, and Classes/Courses, are valid for a specific duration based on the selected course or notes. Downloading, printing, copying, or similar actions are strictly prohibited for these products, as they are intended solely for online reading and reference on your mobile, tablet, or computer.

3. Complaints

Complaints related to orders will only be considered if raised within 48 hours of placing the order. Complaints can be submitted via email or WhatsApp. The complaint regarding the refund of the subscription fee should be informed within three days. After three days request for a refund of the amount will not be entertained.

4. Downloading Facility

The downloading facility may be available only for Assignment Solution Guide (Solved Assignment) purchases under special schemes offered by IGNOUclasses.IN from time to time. All other products are meant solely for online reading and reference on your mobile, tablet, or computer, with no downloading, printing, copying, or similar actions permitted.

5. Study Material

Please be aware that our Study Notes and Classes/ Courses are prepared based on the syllabus provided by Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Only selected questions are provided, and answers to all questions may not be included. Furthermore, not all topics covered in the notes and classes correspond to the entirety of the syllabus. Therefore, these materials should not be considered a comprehensive solution for exam preparation. It is advisable to consult IGNOU’s prescribed study material for a thorough preparation.
