Background
A considerable number of individuals grapple with the challenge of maintaining their academic pursuits amidst the responsibilities inherent in their professional and personal lives. A notable portion among them faces limitations in attending in-person classes as mandated by their chosen academic programs. This disparity between their commitments and the course requirements highlights the need to bridge the gap between students and their academic endeavors. Many of these individuals have enrolled at the Indira Gandhi National Open University; however, their consistent participation in contact classes proves elusive.
